Eligibility
The window and the condition
You can return your unused item to our warehouse for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. No exceptions will be made on items worn, trained in, washed, covered in hair, or with an odd smell.
Charges
What is not refunded
Original shipping & return charges will not be refunded.
We will cover only reshipping fees from our warehouse to you on exchanges within the Continental USA. Any return/reshipping fee for International orders is the client's sole responsibility.
Process
How to start a return
Simply email us at info@esempio.it with your Name, Order Number, and reason for returning the item. Our staff will contact you within 24hrs with an authorization code.
All Exchanges, Refunds, and Store Credit are ultimately pending approval upon receipt and inspection of the returned gear. No exceptions will be made.
